Ms. Marvel #1 demonstrates disciplined liquidity depth and stable sovereign grade spread characteristics across current secondary market trading.
Value-focused accumulation target poised for catalyst breakouts.
Home of Spider-Man, X-Men, Avengers, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Comics grow darker and more socially aware. Wolverine, Punisher, Swamp Thing debut. Creator-driven storytelling emerges.
Newsstand variants carry meaningful scarcity premiums. First appearances from this era are blue-chip investments.
In illiquid alternative asset markets, sovereign blue-chip holdings trade at an exponential multiple over mid-grade float due to institutional accumulation and inelastic seller reservation prices.
A new super-hero has appeared in New York City, Ms. Marvel, who has been seen breaking up a crime in progress being conducted by the Scorpion. Carol Danvers, former NASA chief of security has also come to New York and has been plagued with a series of black-outs, and unknown to her, she is really Ms. Marvel. She has taken up a new job as editor of the Daily Bugle's Woman Magazine, a magazine which publisher J. Jonah Jameson doesn't care for overly much. On the job she meets with Peter Parker and his girlfriend Mary Jane, whom she invites over before having another fainting spell. Changing into Ms. Marvel she arrives back at the Bugle just after Jonah was kidnapped by the Scorpion who has come to get revenge against the publisher for his role in the creation of the Scorpion. Ms. Marvel arrives and easily defeats the Scorpion and rescues Jameson from sudden doom. The next day, as she reports to work as Carol Danvers, Carol finds that Jonah hasn't been enriched by his experience of being rescued from a female super-hero. Retiring to her office, Carol begins to wonder which is more of an enigma -- Carol Danvers with her blackouts and headaches, or Ms. Marvel the new super-hero she's been charged with writing reports about for Woman Magazine.

Teenager Kamala Khan adores superheroes, especially her idol Captain Marvel, formerly Ms. Marvel. One night she sneaks out of her home to attend a waterfront party and is exposed to a cloud of Terrigen Mist, which grants her shape-changing powers; her subconscious mind causes her to transform into Ms. Marvel.
Kamala uses her powers to save Zoe from drowning, and her heroics are noticed by others, who assume she's Captain Marvel. Still barely in control of her abilities, Kamala returns home and assumes her own shape just in time to be caught and lectured by her parents.
Kamala begins to get a grip on how to change her size and adopt the appearance of others. When she sees Bruno being robbed by his own brother Vick, she takes on the appearance of Captain Marvel again to save Bruno, but the terrified Vick shoots her.
Kamala saves her own life from Vick's bullet using her shape-changing powers and reveals her abilities to Bruno. Creating her own Ms. Marvel costume, Kamala heads to the place where Vick is being held under the thumb of a super-criminal called the Inventor but has to face the Inventor's gang and robots.
Ms. Marvel fails in her first attempt to save Vick and has to flee. She takes some time to train with Bruno to better understand her abilities, then makes a second attempt, which succeeds. The Inventor's gang alert their boss about Ms. Marvel.
Ms. Marvel fights one of the Inventor's robots, causing her to be late for a family function, which gets Kamala grounded by her parents.
“Sorry, Mr. Robertson). I can't stay to explain. Something else is more important: a man's life!”
