The recovery of third-party encapsulation and grading expenditures when an asset is acquired at a discount below the physical cost of replacement grading fees, shipping, and insurance.
While in the thick of battle with Chinese soldiers, the enemy manages to steal Battle Brady's six-shooters, the ones given to him by his grandfather. This puts Brady into a battle frenzy as he madly tries to locate his family heirlooms. Even though he is armed with only his bare hands, he manages to fight off their attackers who then retreat. Socko Swenski sees where they fled, and Battle rushes off after them with Socko trailing behind. Battle spots the captain of the enemy troop running off with his guns and tackles the man. However as they struggle, Battle is struck over the head with a rock and blacks out. When Battle wakes up he finds that his guns are gone again and that Socko has rounded up the remaining troops to take prisoner. They return to base where their commanding officer tells them that they have 48 hours of leave. Battle shocks both the commander and Socko by telling them that he will spend his leave on patrol in order to track down and recover his stolen guns. While Battle and Socko go out on patrol they spot a Korean woman showering in a waterfall. Socko is completely taken by her beauty, but Battle could care less until they watch her strapping on a pair of six shooters while getting dressed. Recognizing them as his family guns, Battle rushes at her and demands that she turns the guns over. She acts peacefully at first, telling them that she is a South Korean gorilla, but instead of turning the guns over to Battle, she instead draws on them. She then calls out her father, the very soldier who stole Battle's guns. The girl's father hands them a rope and tells Battle to make a Texas noose so that he can hang them. Instead, Battle makes a lasso and quickly ropes up the girl and her father. He briefly recovers his guns, but the girl breaks free and grabs one then dives off a nearby cliff into the water below and escapes. As Battle and Socko take her father prisoner, Battle Brady vows to track down the "Pearl of Pyongyang" and take back the gun that she stole from him. This story is continued next issue...
