Rudy begs Thawne to stop because they're all on the same side, but she retorts that she was never on his side and the military work at Fort Fox was only ever the cover story. Her true purpose has always been to complete her grandfather's work and access the Still Point. Barry successfully opened a portal, but when he died it shut and she hasn't been able to reopen it since. Thawne tells Rudy that Wally is her way back in. Rudy charges at her and manages to push her over, but with his hands cuffed behind him her guards easily pull him off her. She orders them to take him to the command hub and to kill the Rogues. In the forest outside Fort Fox, Lisa is keeping Jesse subdued and Harkness sends his boomerangs out for a recon loop. Grodd senses that Rudy and his own father are nearby and shows Wally visions of them both; and Wally promises that they will find them both. Suddenly Leonard notices the temperature suddenly rise and Trickster smugly tells them it's about to get a lot hotter. Mick Rory, now grown to a gigantic size, crashes down in front of them and attacks. Trickster uses the distraction to break free of Glider. Wally says he can absorb Rory's power again, but Captain Cold tells him to go and find Rudy while they hold him off. Wally runs through the fort's fence and makes for the mountain. Thawne, who is watching through Trickster's helmet, orders Jesse to break off her fight with Glider and follow Wally. Reluctantly she teleports away to the entrance into the mountain. Wally and Grodd arrive in the lab complex but are unsure where to go next. Wally sees a vision of himself and Barry Allen from the night Barry first brought him into the lab. He follows the spectral figures through the room with the containment spheres where he first saw Grodd and the other genetically engineered monkeys. He starts to see other visions of himself from different points in his life and is once again overwhelmed by them. He asks Grodd for help, but Grodd is distracted by the sphere where his father was held, now empty. Wally promises Grodd that they will find his father, when suddenly Trickster steps out from behind cover and throws a bomb at them. Wally grabs Grodd and runs, but Trickster and Thawne were planning on this and Trickster keeps up the chase to herd him towards Barry Allen's lab. Meanwhile out in the forest, the Rogues try to talk to Rory, but he is in a bestial state and not listening. Rory easily resists all their attacks and the Rogues narrowly avoid being killed. Harkness says they need to retreat, but suddenly it starts to rain heavily, extinguishing Rory's flames. He is struck by lightning and is knocked out, returning to human form. The rain stops just as suddenly and Project Wizard walks out of the trees. Now calm and rational with his eyes no longer glowing, he asks the Rogues what he missed. Inside the mountain, Wally and Grodd emerge in the portal room, where Wally sees visions from the accident where he got his powers. He asks if Barry is somehow there. Trickster bursts in and says it's time for him to join Barry. She throws a bomb at Wally, which he easily dodges, and so she throws one at Grodd instead. Wally manages to catch the bomb and throw it back at her just in time, knocking her out. A skeletal hand emerges from the swirling vortex in the centre of the room and a voice calls Wally's name. He asks if it is Barry and reaches out to take the hand. Rudy, watching from the command hub, yells at him to stop. Meanwhile the Rogues and Project Wizard run into the mountain. The hand grabs Wally by the wrist and lifts him into the air. A red monster steps out of the portal and announces that it is not Barry, it is Thawne. On the gangway above, a shocked Elenore asks if it is her grandfather. Eobard Thawne looks up at her, then turns to Wally and yells that there can be only one. He throws Wally through the portal and he lands in Still Point, a red void full of what appear to be floating, broken stone pillars. Wally tries to run back but the portal closes behind him. He hears a voice behind him say "Welcome home" and turns around to see a spectral Barry Allen, as well as an alien from the crashed ship and a flying fish-like creature.
