The recovery of third-party encapsulation and grading expenditures when an asset is acquired at a discount below the physical cost of replacement grading fees, shipping, and insurance.
Barry takes Professor Zoom back to his proper time period. Zoom and Wally return to the moment when Zoom caused Linda's miscarriage, but Wally subtly changes the events of that day. Zoom tries to use the Cosmic Treadmill against Wally without Profesor Zoom, but since he is fueled by time, not the speed force, the treadmill explodes, taking Zoom with it. As the survivors take stock of their lives, the effects of Wally's efforts in the past take hold with happy results.

Mirror Master recalls his time in an orphanage, meeting his parents, and becoming a rogue.
As Heat Wave tracks down Murmur, he remembers his history of pyromania, which led to his becoming a rogue, though more recently he has turned against the rogues, particularly his opposite, Captain Cold.
Captain Cold receives a threat from the Top.
Flash fights the new Trickster, who has been sent by the rogues to find where the original Captain Boomerang's body is being held. At the same time, the original Trickster is organizing a group of reformed rogues, and Linda receives a disturbing visit.
While the two groups of rogues battle, the FBI prepares to revive Digger Harkness, so he can reveal the rogues' secrets to Ashley Zolomon. By the time Flash joins the rogue fight, they have broken up into separate one-on-one battles. But a late arrival shakes up the war.

Captain Cold's group of rogues finds Digger Harkness' body missing. Meanwhile Wally and Linda experience domestic life, and Jay Garrick is confronted by Zoom. Back in Central City, the villainous rogues face the reformed rogues.
The Top tips the balance between the two groups of rogues by returning some of the reformed rogues to their villainous states of mind and then introducing his own band of rogues into the melee. While Captain Cold seemingly kills the Top, James Jesse leads the rogues to Digger Harkness' body and Ashley Zolomon, who is now being protected by Zoom.
The rogues bring more power to the fight with the Flash, but Zoom is determined to teach Wally about loss himself, with the help of the original Professor Zoom.
With the help of Eobard Thawne, plucked out of time minutes before his death, Zoom uses the Cosmic Treadmill to force Wally to watch the most emotionally painful moment of his life over and over, until Barry Allen shows up in pursuit of Professor Zoom.
