The recovery of third-party encapsulation and grading expenditures when an asset is acquired at a discount below the physical cost of replacement grading fees, shipping, and insurance.
A teenager kills himself by jumping from the roof of the Wayne Enterprises building. Poison Ivy, watching the ensuing media feeding frenzy, recognizes him as one of the children she watched over in Robinson Park during No Man's Land. She hurries back to the park, where Hush is waiting for her. He wants to know why she helped Batman find Alfred. The two taunt and threaten each other, then go their separate ways. Mayor Hull faces intense questions at a press conference about what is being done about the recent string of teen fatalities and whether the deaths are connected. He cuts the conference short to meet with a secretive backer who promises to take care of it. Back at the park, Poison Ivy looks over newspaper clippings cataloguing the deaths of the children she took in. She breaks into the morgue to determine the cause of death, which is listed as exposure to an organic weedkiller. Mayor Hull and Commissioner Akins receive the same news, leading Akins to announce that the deaths are now being investigated as murders rather than suicides, with Poison Ivy as the prime suspect. Ivy tracks down Justin, one of the surviving kids, breaking into a greenhouse to eat a bag of fertilizer. She promises to help him, but he blames her for his condition, and soon goes into convulsions and dies.
