Reading this edition’s market
Compare the same cover, printing and grade before setting a bid. A raw guide or a higher-grade price does not establish a slab’s value. Include selling fees, shipping and the depth of completed-sale evidence when assessing an exit price.

| StoryTitle2 = Prairie Town's 30-Day Wonder! | Synopsis2 =
| StoryTitle3 = Kit Colby: "The Beauty and the Bad Man!" | Synopsis3 =Judge Colby visits his daughter Katherine, OKA Kit Colby, Sheriff of Moon Bow. Daddy daughter talk is interrupted by the gunshots of the Garvey Gang. Kit shoots weapons out of two gangsters' hands, causing them to drop their stolen loot and fall off of their horses, while lassoing a third and pulling him to the ground, but Garvey Gang leader Nat manages to escape with two of his men, if with none of his stolen money.
Nat determines that the only way to get to the Moon Bow bank is to recruit a criminal Sheriff Kit hasn't heard of, so he looks east to "Handsome Hal" Duane. The unsuspecting Kit immediately accepts Duane's application to be Moon Bow's deputy, but "Handsome Hal" finds all of his romantic advances rejected. Instead, Duane tries to use his knowledge of exactly when the Garvey Gang will hit the bank to "accidentally" take the sheriff's gun and proceed to waste her ammo missing every shot as the Garvey Gang escape. Kit manages to create a make shift lariat and capture the one gang member who happens to be holding the money with it, to the barely disguised chagrin of "Handsome Hal".
The townsfolk are unimpressed with this apprehension, upset that the Sheriff allowed her deputy to waste her bullets and allow the Garvey Gang to keep trying to rob the bank. They're even more displeased to learn Kit has uncharacteristically given into the deputy's request for romantic picnic. "Handsome Hal" pulls a gun on Kit as soon as they are out of view, intending to take her prisoner, but as they ride up on the Garvey Gang, Kit produces a hidden gun, having already been caught unarmed once. She proceeds to defeat the remaining members of the Garvey Gang, who submit to arrest, but "Handsome Hal" Duane doesn't bother trying to fight her and manages to escape.
After booking the last of the Garvey Gang, Kit resolves to track down Duane only for him to ambush her in her own office. Duane doesn't kill her because he doesn't know where she keeps the keys to the cells the gang are in, which allows Kit to sweet talk Duane until his guard is lowered enough to disarm him, and lead Duane into a cell of his own.
