Reading this edition’s market
Compare the same cover, printing and grade before setting a bid. A raw guide or a higher-grade price does not establish a slab’s value. Include selling fees, shipping and the depth of completed-sale evidence when assessing an exit price.
The table includes 0 guide observations and 1 catalog references. These are reference values, not guaranteed sale proceeds.
Graded population
CGC records 39 graded copies for House of Mystery #3 (1952). Population is the number recorded by this grading source, not the total print run or all surviving copies.
Room and Boredom (Part III) - Thanks, But No Thanks
Fig attempts to climb over the gate which Rina departed with the coachman but finds herself right back on the grounds. She asks the other patrons to tell her about Rina, unaware that Rina is at the moment angering the coachman by her inability to answer questions about the House of Mystery, while a large flying shark with the legs of a bull soars over the coach.
