Reading this edition’s market
Compare the same cover, printing and grade before setting a bid. A raw guide or a higher-grade price does not establish a slab’s value. Include selling fees, shipping and the depth of completed-sale evidence when assessing an exit price.
The table includes 2 guide observations and 1 catalog references. These are reference values, not guaranteed sale proceeds.

The Counterfeit Earth
Space-prospectors Jon Quade and Will Starr stumble upon an invasion fleet assembling on Pluto and manage to warn Earth before being captured. The Plutonians explain they plan to dismantle Earth piece by piece since their homeworld is so barren.
Jon and Will manage to escape prison through several lucky events, which turn out to be part of the Plutonian's scheme. A 3D image of Earth has been set up as a decoy which will fly the entire Plutonian fleet when they get near it. Jon and Will end up faking their ship exploding to trick the Plutonians. They figured out the real Earth since the Great Wall of China was visible from space.
| StoryTitle2 = The Man Who Owned the Earth | Synopsis2 = Meteor Crater in Arizona is actually the impact crater of a flag-marker which the giant alien Zor Kull used to mark the planet as his property 100,000 years ago. In the 20th Century, only a short time later for him, he returns and begins digging up massive mounds of land. While even nuclear bombs prove ineffective against him, Korean War veteran Kim Tyler uses his plane to lure Zor Kull into dangerous natural phenomena, eventually getting him to abandon the planet.
| StoryTitle3 = Interplanetary Baby-Sitter | Synopsis3 = 23rd Century PI Ron Ross is descraced after a huge supply of Asteroidium vanishes under his watch. He ends up getting a job as a babysitter, where he handles winged Venusian children, giant Jovian children, and robotic Saturnian children. After dealing with some Martian children who can camouflage themselves like chameleons, Ron realises the thief used a similar trick and tracks them down.
| StoryTitle4 = Secret of the Cabby's Medallion | Synopsis4 = While taking his annual driving test, faulty machinery causes Space Cabbie to fail and his license is taken away. While catching someone else’s cab off of Earth, the driver is blinded by a cloud of flammable gas and Space Cabbie perfectly lands the cab himself.
Space Cabbie realises that the driver who took his spot, Peter Duff, must have sabotaged him. He uses a nuclear monitor to follow Duff's trail, who it turns out is a jewel thief who hoped to sneak the jewel through interplanetary customs by disguising it as the certification medallion all cabbies carry.
