Reading this edition’s market
Compare the same cover, printing and grade before setting a bid. A raw guide or a higher-grade price does not establish a slab’s value. Include selling fees, shipping and the depth of completed-sale evidence when assessing an exit price.
The table includes 8 guide observations and 0 catalog references. These are reference values, not guaranteed sale proceeds.

Mystery of the Moon Sniper
| Synopsis2 =A prisoner by the name of Eel Elkins is delivered to the Devils island of Space, planetoid Z-13. Elkins boasts that no prison can hold him for more than 30 days and he is confident that he can escape this latest confinement. The prison is situated on a desolate planet where Elkins has been sentenced to serve for 50 years. It is filled with a mineral known as Belzite and Elkins must spend the rest of his days mining it from the ground. He soon discovers that in order to eat, he must place a certain amount of Belzite Ore into a machine to obtain food. Elkins toils away for almost a month when he discovers a black powder that allows him to shrink down to an inch. He is able to stowaway on a freighter which carries the ore away from the planet. He is confident that no one will be able to detect him in his shrunken state. Elkins bides his time and returns back to his normal size at the first opportunity. As soon as he leaves the space freighter he is immediately apprehended by authorities. They had been able to track his carbon dioxide exhalations and knew exactly where he was hiding. Elkins is informed that the black sand he discovered will revolutionize space travel and that he would get credit for it when he finishes his 50 year sentence. | Synopsis3 =
