Reading this edition’s market

Compare the same cover, printing and grade before setting a bid. A raw guide or a higher-grade price does not establish a slab’s value. Include selling fees, shipping and the depth of completed-sale evidence when assessing an exit price.

The table includes 9 guide observations and 1 catalog references. These are reference values, not guaranteed sale proceeds.

Let Me Tell You the Things I've Seen

In the winter of 1944, a lone G.I. is separated from his outfit and is lost in the woods that is located in German territory. He is almost hit by a German tank shell, but is left with a broken leg. The G.I. painfully drags through the icy fog to try to find and warn his outfit about the Germans until he come upon a house in the middle of a clearing. He is taken inside by an old man who then helps him patch his leg and giving him time to rest. When the G.I. insists on returning to his men despite of his injury, his host tells him that he is too weak and that there is time to warn his friends. To spend the passage of time, the old man tells the G.I. stories about the wars that he had seen in his life.
