Compare the same cover, printing and grade before setting a bid. A raw guide or a higher-grade price does not establish a slab’s value. Include selling fees, shipping and the depth of completed-sale evidence when assessing an exit price.

The table includes 8 guide observations and 0 catalog references. These are reference values, not guaranteed sale proceeds.

The Perfect You

Terry McGinnis, Dana Tan, and Maxine Gibson are on a class trip when one of their classmates, Langston, goes mad and starts attacking others. Terry thinks since it is a single teenager security can handle him but he demonstrates super strength. Batman intervenes and tries to stop Langston who refers to himself as "we" and has a body as hard as steel. Batman is able to shock and stun Langston to knock him unconscious.

Back in school they talk about how Langston is in the mental ward of Gotham General Hospital. Dana reveals Langston used to be very overweight and has been trying to improve himself. Max shames Terry for shaming Langston. She reveals multiple students have runaway after undergoing massive physical changes to "improve" themselves. Terry finds it suspicious. At home Mary McGinnis is upset about putting on some weight and crow's feet on her face. She tells Terry one of her friends recommended a surgery-free facial treatment using bio-nanites.

Terry takes the flier for the treatment at a lab called "The Perfect You" that helps with aging, weight, skin condition, eyesight, and even increasing muscle mass. Terry finds multiple members of the Hamilton Hill High School track team were clients and goes to talk to one, a friend named Frankie. Terry asks about The Perfect You, but the track team ambush him in response to his questioning. The track team start growing metallic blades from their arms and armored plates and speak by finishing each others sentences with a hive-mind. Terry is able to use his suits invisibility to escape from them.

Terry heads to The Perfect You and interrogates the doctor and founder who claims the procedure is safe, the nanites would make specific changes to the body before being safely ejected. He calls in one of his former patients Sasha to confirm. He examines her but finds the nanites have been replicating in her body. Batman and the doctor use a gel polymer to trap Sasha and the doctor removes the control nanite from her. The doctor provides Batman with a scanner and reveals that only one "queen" nanite is still active and is controlling all the nanites in all people and is spreading the imperative to improve people. Terry tracks hundreds of infected civilians and locates the Queen in a young woman but the civilians use bio-metal weapons to attack him. After a fight, he is able to remove the queen nanite, freeing all the people from its control. He realizes that all his own mother wants is to feel beautiful.

While out shopping, Langston compliments Mary and tells her 'brother' Terry to carry the groceries for her. Mary is flattered and heads out while Terry thanks Langston. | Quotation = | Speaker =
