Compare the same cover, printing and grade before setting a bid. A raw guide or a higher-grade price does not establish a slab’s value. Include selling fees, shipping and the depth of completed-sale evidence when assessing an exit price.

May Flights of Demons Sing Thee To Thy Rest
On All Saint's Day, the demon Alkazar is causing mayhem in Gotham and is confronted by Batman. Batman learns he is only active for one night so Batman traps him as the sun starts to rise. Alkazar turns to a snake and bites through Batman's suit before crumbling to dust in the sun's light.
Terry is plagued by nightmares of Alkazar and reveals to Bruce that he has a strange mark on his arm where he was bitten. He goes to visit Jason Blood who reveals he destroyed Alkazar's body but its spirit hid within Terry's dreamscape. He warns Terry to not fall asleep and he will heal him after Halloween. Terry asks why wait a full day and Blood reveals that Halloween was promised to Etrigan and he will be in control for the full day. He begs Batman to watch Etrigan for the day and gives Terry and amulet of last resort.
Etrigan spends the day pranking couples, scaring children straight, stealing horses, and being a general menace as long as he is having fun. Batman stops him so Etrigan uses a potion he learned from Morpheus the Dreamer to put Terry to sleep, which inadvertently releases Alakazar and gives him control of Terry's body. Etrigan and Alkazar fight and Etrigan absorbs Alakazar and gives Terry control of his body. Etrigan plans to use Alkazar to kill Jason Blood in his dreamscape so Etrigan will be in permanent control. Batman is able to best Etrigan and use the amulet to re-summon Jason Blood. He theorizes Jason planned this all out and Jason reveals that now Etrigan would be trapped with Alkazar and would take care of the demon for them.
