Reading this edition’s market
Compare the same cover, printing and grade before setting a bid. A raw guide or a higher-grade price does not establish a slab’s value. Include selling fees, shipping and the depth of completed-sale evidence when assessing an exit price.

Batman finds robed men accosting an old homeless man and stops them. He reveals the robed men to be agents of Kobra. His suit protects him from their poisonous gloves but when they use the poison on the homeless man, Batman lets his guard down and is shocked from behind. Kobra put Batman and many of the homeless men in a truck and ships them off. Bruce Wayne is disconnected due to the shock and worries for Terry.
When Kobra is offloading the homeless men, Kobra One sees Batman and has plans to turn him into a soldier, Batman however reveals he is conscious and fine and takes Kobra One hostage. The zealots still attack and Batman avoids the attacks but is surrounded. He finds dozens of civilians in tanks. He removes his suit and hides in a tank to escape detection.
Meanwhile, Bruce has put on some old clothes and infiltrates a homeless camp as Kobra is capturing more people. He beats a Kobra agent and steals a spot on one of the transports. When he arrives he notices Terry hiding in a tank.
Terry slips out and renders a Kobra agent unconscious and steals his suit. He uses twin stun batons to slip through and learn Kobra is modifying the homeless and turning them into mindless soldiers who will obey a single command. Bruce finds Terry's suit and the two reunite. Batman confronts Kobra One who has him surrounded but Batman releases the brainwashed people and uses the one-time command to have them attack any Kobra agent. The Kobra agents are trapped in tanks and the entire Gotham cell of Kobra is defeated.
Bruce reveals the civilians can be detoxed and with some help put on the right path. Later Bruce and Terry look on as the brainwashed soldiers and many of Gotham's homeless are guided to the Wayne Homeless Outreach and Training Center. He plans to help them and keep a better eye out in case anyone messes with the homeless population again.
