Reading this edition’s market
Compare the same cover, printing and grade before setting a bid. A raw guide or a higher-grade price does not establish a slab’s value. Include selling fees, shipping and the depth of completed-sale evidence when assessing an exit price.
The table includes 8 guide observations and 0 catalog references. These are reference values, not guaranteed sale proceeds.

Story synopsis
The story begins with a group of Deinonychus attacking an ankylosaur; however, the ankylosaur drives them off by bashing one of their group with its tail club. The Tyrannosaurus family, seeing that there's only one intact egg left, becomes determined to protect it. Meanwhile, the three surviving Deinonychus stumble across a nest above the sea full of eggs belonging to turtles, and feasts on the eggs.
As the smaller predators try to leave, they are confronted by two members from the Tyrannosaurus family. One of the raptors is knocked into the sea, leading it to be devoured by a giant ichthyosaur. The others are also knocked off onto dry land, with only one surviving.
The Tyrannosaurus family begins to teach the juvenile male named Coop how to hunt, stalking a Kentrosaurus, but a male Deinonychus lures Coop away from the safety of his parent and into an ambush, where he gets attacked by a pack of Deinonychus. The adult Tyrannosaurus, not realizing the danger too late, tries to track Coop down, only to find him killed; the leg from one of the Deinonychus bachelors clamped firmly in his jaws.

| Notes = | Trivia =* The poster of the story shows a Lambeosaurus. In the comic, it would not have been present. * The ichthyosaur in the comic is described as being similar to Shastasaurus because of its giant size. However, the latter already went extinct during the end of the Triassic around 200 million years ago, making it impossible for Shastasaurus to reach the Cretaceous period. * The ankylosaur in the story could be a specified genus like Ankylosaurus or Pinacosaurus. * Like the ankylosaur and the ichthyosaur, the turtle eggs in the story are also not specified to be a valid taxon. * Coop's name is unidentified in the comic. | Recommended = | Links =
