Reading this edition’s market
Compare the same cover, printing and grade before setting a bid. A raw guide or a higher-grade price does not establish a slab’s value. Include selling fees, shipping and the depth of completed-sale evidence when assessing an exit price.
The table includes 4 guide observations and 0 catalog references. These are reference values, not guaranteed sale proceeds.

Dead Zone
Martian Manhunter) continues to investigate the other Martian brought to Earth by Professor Saul Erdel). He heads to the ruins of Erdel’s laboratory. There, he finds no leads, but suddenly realizes that his touch has become deadly to plant life. Elsewhere, Hawk), Dove) and Deadman) are still at the graveyard attempting to resurrect Holly Granger). They are suddenly attacked by a Black Lantern version of Holly, but soon realize it is just an illusion created by the ring to warn them not to use the ring to resurrect the dead. This warning fills Hawk with anger, because he was raised and now the ring is telling them not to do the same for others.
Back in Pittsburgh, Jason Rusch) somehow manifests powers despite that he is not merged in the Firestorm Matrix. The powers endanger a construction site. Jason forces the merge to save several construction workers endangered by the manifestation of Jason’s powers. When Ronnie Raymond) is summoned and the two are joined as Firestorm, they hear a mysterious voice taunting them. Though they had each heard the voice before when angry at each other, they now realize that they both can hear it and neither is angry. Ronnie admits to Jason that he remembers killing Gehenna. Jason begins to realize Ronnie is not to blame, but that another consciousness is lurking within the Firestorm Matrix.
Elsewhere, Mera) explains her recent revelations regarding her true origins to Aquaman). Aquaman has long believed that Mera was the Queen of Dimension Aqua. Mera however now reveals that she is the eldest princess of Xebel, a forgotten extradimensional penal colony for an ancient group of separatist Atlanteans banished behind a sealed portal in the Bermuda Triangle. Mera was sent to this dimension by the King of Xebel, who was unable to send more than one soldier at a time through a small fissure in spacetime. They were to confront the current King of Atlantis and kill him in retaliation for the exile of their people. However, the plan backfired when Mera met and fell in love with Orin. She had, until now, kept the shameful truth to herself. The mysterious band of aquatic warriors they recently encountered are from Xebel. Their leader, Siren), is Mera’s sister.
Meanwhile, Manhunter continues to investigate the rogue Martian. At the same time he learns his new condition which is fatal to plant life does not affect animal life. Soon, he travels to the prison of the White Martians, but they are still imprisoned. He goes to Oracle) for help. She reveals that hidden files reflect similar killings over decades.
