Biography
Harry Betancourt did pencil and ink work for the feature Dude Ranche for Toby (from 1950 to 1951) and for Commodore Productions & Artists (reprints printed during 1953). He also did Super-Brat for Toby in 1954, reprinted by I.W. in 1958.
Betancourt did support work as an art director in 1954.
