Overview
The Cleveland Justice Center is a courthouse in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Mark Scarlotti met with a public defender there after his attack on the Cleveland Convention Center and apprehension by Iron Man and Spider-Man. Scarlotti told the lawyer to call his "friends" in New York to send a hot-shot lawyer but the lawyer said they didn’t know Scarlotti when he called them.
