Overview
A small American city that, for reasons unclear, was the location for a series of murders committed by criminal Piggy Perroni under the orders of the Deviant warlord Kro in the guise of Paul Sayden. The killings stopped after the Eternal Makkari, in his brief role as the wartime super-hero Hurricane, defeated “Sayden” at a costume party and the authorities arrested Perroni’s gang.
