Overview
Kalandor was a small city at the foot of the mountains of Zamora. Conan reached this town with no food or money. As suggested by a local beggar, he stole a couple of eye-shaped emeralds and gave them to a local merchant named Avoosl Wuthoqquan. The merchant paid him a good sum but then sent his man-servant, Gnut, to kill him and get the money back. Conan defeated his pursuer and followed the merchant to a cave, where they were attacked by a demon. Conan escaped but was robbed by the thieves he had originally stolen from and continued on with his adventure.Conan the Adventurer Vol 1 8
