=== American Frontier === Kansas was the setting for an early adventure of the Masked Raider. A bank in a local town was robbed, and the bank teller was murdered during the hold-up. The Masked Raider investigated the crime, gaining an ally in a man named Mexican Pete. While the local sheriff and posse believed a gang led by Brady was solely responsible, the Raider suspected a "set-up" because the teller was killed without resisting. After confronting and capturing Brady's gang, the Masked Raider exposed the bank president as the true mastermind. The president had embezzled the bank's funds…
