Overview
Doctor Doom developed these projectiles to snuff out fire-based superpowered enemies such as the Human Torch. The rockets were filled in with special chemicals to extinguish even artificial blazes, temporarily preventing the Torch from using his powers. The projectiles were trackers, so that Doom did not even have to aim at the enemy. They were shot from hidden compartments in the knuckles of Doom's gauntlets.
