Overview
Little Italy is a neighborhood in Cleveland, Ohio. Mark Scarlotti grew up there and returned to his parents' bakery after his stint at Ryker's Island prison for his actions as Blacklash to try and reconcile with them. His mother rejected his efforts and feeling dejected, he went to a tavern where he was bullied by guys from the neighborhood he had grown up with. He left in anger and afterwards returned as Blacklash causing substantial damage to the establishment and terrifying the men who had picked on him earlier.Marvel Team-Up Vol 1 145
