Overview
The Runes of Kof-Kol were a magic spell Doctor Strange used to in an attempt to erase Peter Parker's identity as Spider-Man from the public consciousness. Parker repeatedly requested people to be exempted from the spell, which destabilized it. Though the Macchina di Kadavus halted the spell, various individuals from other realities who knew Peter's secret were summoned to Earth-199999. Strange was forced to recast the runes to stop the universe collapsing, this time targeting the very existence of Peter Parker.Spider-Man: No Way Home
