Overview
Star City was a city which became the victim of a mysterious "vampire killer" that drained his victims' blood. Investigating, the Vision discovered that the killer was an artificial "plant man" created by its first victim, biochemist Doctor Rhonik. Wielding a torch, the alien hero narrowly destroyed the monster and saved its latest victim, an intrepid reporter for the town newspaper.
