The Snowglobe once belonged to Laurie Juspeczyk. Some time after it was empowered by Doctor Manhattan's Connective Energy, the Time Masters retrieved it and hid it inside their own vault. However, Batman managed to steal it and used it to contain the Flashpoint Timeline.
