On the site of an ancient chalk drawing in the English countryside, a Millennium Giant arises just in time to meet Clay Brody. He evacuates a nearby town and climbs aboard the giant's body to hitch a ride. Kenn is at a military installation and becomes convinced that the behemoth is related to local folklore. In the field, Brenda assess unusual energy that is convalescing and Marlon flies a jet dangerously close to get information on any weaknesses. Kenn goes to the library and is briefly met by John Constantine who supports his theory of Ley Lines. The Challengers realize that the being is attracted to energy and they send Clay a Morse Code signal to get to safety before they electrocute the creature. The huge influx of power does not deter the Giant but it does convince him to move south, away from London and other population centers and into the English Channel. Clay displays that he has a small chunk of the being's body. Back in the States, Marlon introduces the Challengers to a Hopi named Tim Blue Star who may have a clue of what's happening. He tells them that this is part of a cycle of purification and that they have no hope. Marlon decides that they must reach out to Superman.

Millnenium Giants are stomping all over the world. In England, the Challengers try to divert a giant who's walking a collision course with London. Clay leaps a motorcycle into the giant's foot. Kenn identifies lines of mystical energy with help from John Constantine. Marlon flies overhead, and Brenda coordinates. With Army help, the Challengers siphon huge amounts of electricity through power lines, and the giant turns. Visiting New Mexico, the Challengers consult Tim Blue Star, a Hopi shaman, who says the Earth is cleansed in cycles. Marlon suggests they need someone bigger -- Superman.

Multi-Man survives an explosion which gives him super-strength. He escapes prison and meets with Gurk, who wants Multi-Man to help him collect parts of a statue. After Multi-Man steals a part of the statue, the Challs follow him to Central America where Gurk and Multi-Man have gone for the last piece of the statue. The Challs revert Pramble to his normal form, as Gurk uses the statue to unlock a lost tribal treasure. Escaping, Pramble is speared by natives and emerges as a super-genius in a frail body with a giant head. But the natives help capture Gurk and Multi-Man and reclaim the treasure.

The Challs return to find June is giant-sized and hostile, trying to crush them, but she passes out. Another menace is a huge red dragon-beast menacing a local town. June revives, sensible again, and grapples the monster. The beast avoided crossing a stream, so the Challs commandeer a fire truck and hose it. The beast shrinks to nothingness. It was actually a microbe monster!
