TACTICAL VERDICT: Doctor Doom triumphs with an estimated 60% win probability. The primary decider was the stark differential in martial combat execution (84 vs 64).
Both combatants exchange lightning opening volleys with near-identical operational reflexes, neither yielding ground in the opening clash.
An apocalyptic kinetic collision rocks the arena as A-Bomb and Doctor Doom's signature arsenals collide in a deadlocked shockwave.
Exploiting an opening in the late exchanges, Doctor Doom's elite martial execution (84 Combat) overwhelms A-Bomb, landing the closing blow to claim the battle.

Tracy jumps into the river to save the bound and weighted J. Scotland Bumpstead from drowning.
Dick Tracy tells us how clues that are invisible to the eye can be used to identify criminal perpetrators.
J. Scotland Bumpstead, a renowned English detective and the other son of Georgio Spaldoni's mother, crosses the pond to visit his mother (who's now reverted to her original name of "Bumpstead") and to work with Dick Tracy. On their visit to the state pen, killer Steve the Tramp, breaks out and is shot in a gun battle with Tracy. He hides out with Larceny Lu. Lu performs the bullet-removing operations on Steve. Bumpstead is critically wounded by Lu and Steve and almost drowned in a weighted sack, prompting Mother Bumpstead to track down Lu and Steve and turn them over to the police.
Three thugs torture Tracy for information on a big diamond shipment.
O'Brien smells a rat when he sees Sal Antonelli, an ex-con who should be working as a truck driver, functioning as a sewer worker in tunnels that run under a bank.
