The recovery of third-party encapsulation and grading expenditures when an asset is acquired at a discount below the physical cost of replacement grading fees, shipping, and insurance.
When a band of Cayoutes attack a stage coach, it is rescued by the Apache Kid who sends the renegade band of Native Americans fleeing. When the coach arrives at Fort Madison, it passenger Anthony Nichols -- a businessman setting up a gold prospecting company -- tells off Captain Bill Gregory for not doing anything about the attackers. Gregory is shocked when Nichols names an Apache Kid as one of his attackers. As Aloysius Kare happens by just as another witness places the Apache Kid on the scene forcing Gregory to call an investigation in the matter. Kare rides off and changes back into the Apache Kid determined to clear his name of any wrong doing. However when he arrives at the Apache village he is attacked by his warriors. Pulling back, he is shocked to hear the voice of Running Moose calling out to him. Running Moose tells Apache Kid that he has made Red Hawk his prisoner for refusing to label the Apache Kid an outlaw. As Apache Kid falls back, he is greeted by White Swan. Once they get to safety, she tells him how Running Moose took over in his absence. Apache Kid vows to do whatever it takes to clear his name and get revenge against Running Moose. Suspecting a connection between Anthony Nichols and Running Moose, Apache Kid begins watching the range and as hoped, Running Moose and Nichols meet. Apache Kid overhears them talking of how they framed him for working with the Cayoutes. He then knocks the two men out. When White Swan leads Captain Gregory and the army to the spot they find that Apache Kid has tied the two conspirators up and has then dangling over a cliff. Fearing for his life, Nichols confesses the whole plot clearing the Apache Kid's name. Red Hawk is later freed and in punishment for his crimes, Running Moose is welcomed back into the village -- but is forced to wear and toil like a woman, having his manhood stripped forever.
