The recovery of third-party encapsulation and grading expenditures when an asset is acquired at a discount below the physical cost of replacement grading fees, shipping, and insurance.
Stanley Lumus is sitting at his post at a high-tech facility when he hears an alarm going off. He dons the helmet for his sophisticated battle-suit and walks to a weapons locker, punching in the code to open it and taking out a bazooka. Outside the bunker where he is posted, he walks across a snow-covered landscape and lets loose several rocket blasts before realizing the alarm had been triggered by ducks. Frustrated at the unnecessary damage he has caused to the facility, he returns to his post to figure out how to repair the decimated air conditioner. Meanwhile, Power Man and Iron Fist are approaching from over a hill having been dropped from a plane to inspect the vault for CCI, the company they had just signed a contract with. Power Man is angry at the circumstances of the assignment while Iron Fist tries to keep his emotions in check. Back at his post, Stanley detects another alarm and decides to send out drones to investigate to avoid another overreaction. Via the drones, he informs Power Man and Iron Fist that they are trespassing and he will resort to violence if necessary and is shocked when Luke easily wrecks the drones. He returns to the locker and retrieves the bazooka to deal with the matter. Power Man suspects the door to the vault won't be as secure as the rest of the facility and proves his point but is quickly attacked by Stanley. The two companions insist they were sent there and have nowhere else to go but Stanley refuses to break the rules and closes the door to the facility on them. Luke decides to break in through a window, destroys the last drone, and is then blasted by a bazooka round by Stanley. The two are incensed by the attack and Danny breaks Stanley's bazooka while Luke knocks him senseless, but Stanley quickly realizes the danger they are suddenly in as he explains that the bazooka was nuclear-powered and will meltdown after the damage it sustained, creating an enormous nuclear explosion that will destroy everything except the vault. Despite that, he still insists on following the rules and won't allow the heroes inside due to the sensitive nature of what the vault contains but Danny won't hear and knocks Stanley out and uses the Iron Fist to break into the vault. Inside, Stanley comes-to only to discover the vault is completely empty and suspects his assignment has been some kind of twisted trick the company has played on him. He angrily walks off to retrieve another bazooka while Danny begs him to get into the vault but it is too late and he is forced to close the door right as the broken bazooka detonates in an enormous explosion.
