Reading this edition’s market
Compare the same cover, printing and grade before setting a bid. A raw guide or a higher-grade price does not establish a slab’s value. Include selling fees, shipping and the depth of completed-sale evidence when assessing an exit price.
The table includes 4 guide observations and 0 catalog references. These are reference values, not guaranteed sale proceeds.

Wonder Woman: "The Valkyries' Prey"
Major Steve Trevor and Diana Prince are on special duty with U.S. Army Intelligence units in Germany, where Valkyries are taking young officers to Valhalla. Steve is sent to investigate and Diana volunteers to accompany him as Wonder Woman. On their way to raid the Nazi underground they run into an ambush. Diana stops the bullets, but a winged woman takes Steve as he is dying. Diana traps the Valkyrie in the magic lasso, but the war maiden threatens to dash Steve's lifeless body to earth so Diana is forced to mount the sky steed. Wonder Woman mentally contacts her mother, Queen Hippolyte, who visits the secret library of Aphrodite to research "Psychic History of Thought Creations." In Valhalla, the Valkyrie, Princess Gundra, carries Steve to her chambers to restore him to life. Wonder Woman is brought before Odin, who orders her untied. She attacks Odin, but a Valkyrie uses the magic lasso to bind her and she is handed over to Gundra as her slave. Meanwhile, the amazons, led by Queen Hippolyte and mounted on sky kangas, are following Princess Diana's mental radio beam through pathless space. The Valkyries attempt to capture them in a steel net, but the amazon cut their way out and battle is joined. Odin invites the amazons to a banquet whilst Wonder Woman is chained and forced to perform menial tasks. She is made to hold a radio active glowing crystal ball to light the feast, but when Steve sees her being tortured he remembers her and cuts the chain between her bracelets, freeing her. Diana hurls the purple ball of radio active metals through the walls, into Odin's throne room where it bursts into purple flames. The amazons return to Earth and Steve and Diana are reunited.

He sends a pair of underlings to pretend to be fellow members of the upper crust and convince Doiby it's customary for new members of society's elite to play a prank of pretending to rob each other, and at a society party that night he should leave an upstairs window open so they can get in. Green Lantern shows up and interrupts the robbery, but thanks to his mask is taken for the real thief by the bluebloods in attendance. Unable to betray his new friends, Doiby claims he's never seen Green Lantern before, and the hero flies off in disgust.
Being in the upper crust isn't all it's cracked up to be, Doiby soon learns. He's convinced to sell his beloved Goitrude to buy a luxury car instead, and hurts his rear riding a horse instead of a car during a fox hunt. The final straw is he can't bear to let harm come to a cute fox hunted for sport. When Green Lantern intervenes to prevent Sluggsy Gallagher from pulling off another robbery, Doiby can't bear to let the socialites impugn the hero's honesty again either and calls the whole thing off, no matter what book his name's in. Green Lantern welcomes his partner back, but isn't sure Goitrude will be so understanding...
