Reading this edition’s market
Compare the same cover, printing and grade before setting a bid. A raw guide or a higher-grade price does not establish a slab’s value. Include selling fees, shipping and the depth of completed-sale evidence when assessing an exit price.
The table includes 3 guide observations and 0 catalog references. These are reference values, not guaranteed sale proceeds.

The Commissar
When the commissar has his father hanged, a boy pretends to be an idiot seeking employment in order to get close to him. When the villagers have had enough and shoot the commissar's guards, the boy pretends to help him, but actually hands him a deadly explosive which will soon cause his arm to tire and release his grip upon the bottle.
