Reading this edition’s market

Compare the same cover, printing and grade before setting a bid. A raw guide or a higher-grade price does not establish a slab’s value. Include selling fees, shipping and the depth of completed-sale evidence when assessing an exit price.

The table includes 9 guide observations and 0 catalog references. These are reference values, not guaranteed sale proceeds.

The Aquaman from Atlantis

An Atlantean criminal named Pomoxis lures Aquaman into a trap. He uses a device which sends the sea king backwards in time some 2,500 years. Aquaman encounters the armies of Greece, who mistake him for the sea god, Poseidon). Meanwhile in the present, Pomoxis attempts to conquer Atlantis by dressing up as Aquaman. Aqualad realizes Pomoxis is not his mentor, and fights against him until such time that Aquaman can return to the present. Commanding an army of fish, the two heroes manage to defeat Pomoxis' battalion and restore order to Atlantis.
