Reading this edition’s market

Compare the same cover, printing and grade before setting a bid. A raw guide or a higher-grade price does not establish a slab’s value. Include selling fees, shipping and the depth of completed-sale evidence when assessing an exit price.

The table includes 8 guide observations and 0 catalog references. These are reference values, not guaranteed sale proceeds.

The Long and Winding Road!

The Micronauts breach the spacewall with the help of Fireflyte’s song after working with the X-Men to battle The Entity on Earth. Fireflyte is unable to sustain her song on the journey back to Homeworld and Huntarr must step in to create a protective cocoon around the Micronauts. Upon their arrival, they discover Homeworld has been completely ravaged and come to realize that Baron Karza has decimated the population by forcing them into the Body Banks after the devastation caused by The Entity and the loss of his fleet and Dog Soldiers.

Karza meets the Micronauts with a new class of monsters dubbed Unmen which were created from Homeworld’s population by the Body Banks. The Micronauts fight them until none remain, but Fireflyte is unable to deal with the stress of the conflict and reverts to her pupal form. Baron Karza is stunned that all of the Unmen are defeated but vows to start anew. But Marionette, with the aid and protection of the other Micronauts, manages to approach Karza and stab her sword into his chest as they both fall from a cliff.

Marionette survives the fall and she awakens with the other Micronauts around her in a palatial room where they contemplate their future now that they’ve achieved victory over Baron Karza. As they speak, numerous ships from across the Microverse arrive to confirm for themselves that Karza is truly dead. Satisfied, they leave, and the Micronauts decide that they should as well to seek out a place that’s more alive. They are met by new versions of Biotron and Microtron and board a new ship dubbed Endeavor II to depart the mostly destroyed Homeworld. After their departure, Fireflyte’s cocoon, having been left behind on Homeworld, hatches to reveal a rejuvenated Devil.
