It's Always Christmas
After Lysistrata Jones, a 1970s-inspired villain armed with a mind-controlling "P-Whip," seizes control of the mercenary named Buck Wild Mercenary Man, she sends him to stop Icon and Rocket from shutting down one of her drug dealing houses. Icon fights the overpowered Buck Wild to a standstill, and their clash jolts Buck Wild's memory: he was wrongfully convicted in 1972 and, to survive a brutal prison, volunteered for a experiment involving freezing humans and thawing them years later. An explosion during the procedure left his brain frozen and his skin invulnerable.
Freed from the P-Whip's influence, Buck Wild joins Icon and Rocket for a counterattack on Lysistrata. But when he breaks from their plan to pursue personal vengeance, she quickly recaptures and re-enslaves him. She then uses the P-Whip on Icon, also bringing him under her control.
