Reading this edition’s market

Compare the same cover, printing and grade before setting a bid. A raw guide or a higher-grade price does not establish a slab’s value. Include selling fees, shipping and the depth of completed-sale evidence when assessing an exit price.

The table includes 8 guide observations and 0 catalog references. These are reference values, not guaranteed sale proceeds.

"No Way Out"

Gambit recollects his past encounter with officer Alexandra Davis in London when he framed another notorious thief known as Yukio and, thus, helped Alexandra to become a detective. Afterwards they kissed good bye though, because Alexandra was hesitant to continue working with Gambit due to his dangerous reputation. In the present, Gambit still suspects Wolverine as the killer of Alexandra and is desperate to find the truth.

Meanwhile, Arcade and his associate Martinique Jason, the daughter of the original Mastermind, celebrate their victory and prepare for the next phase of their plan. They set a mind-trap for Wolverine, luring him to Japan for a supposed happy night with Mariko. However, Logan senses something is amiss and goes outside to investigate. He is unexpectedly attacked by Gambit, who ignores Logan's warning to stay away. The two mutants engage in a fierce fight, and tragically, Logan impales Gambit with his claws.
